The downstairs of the property, formerly the cook's and housekeepers quarters, has a laundry room / WC, cloakroom, food preparation area, large dining kitchen with oil fueled Aga, double bedroom, Shower room with hand basin & W.C. and comfortable sitting room with open fire (wood burning stove).
A particular feature is the lovely large kitchen dining room with views over the Tweed.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a large twin bedroom with adjoining children's play / day room complete with seats and TV with integrated DVD player.
In addition there is also a shower room with hand basin and separate W.C., Newly fitted bathroom with W.C. and large bath. Tea making area, and a utility room with second sink and fridge freezer.
A very welcoming residence with a warm comfortable home from home feel with great attention to detail.
Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with gate, welly / drying cupboard for raincoats and guests have exclusive use of the front lawn complete with views over the tweed and a revolving summerhouse.
